Turtles and Coi Fish in Torrance

Torrance is the “city with a Hometown Feel”. If you are looking for more of a “neighborhood feel” where the streets are a bit wider and the trees a bit closer, Torrance may be the place for you.  Known for their outstanding schools and diverse cultural influence, Torrance is the heart of the Suburban South Bay.

Home to Madrona Marsh, one of our nations few urban wetlands, Del Amo mall, one of the largest malls in the USA and Charles Wilson Park, featuring extensive outdoor facilities and host to the areas largest farmers market, Torrance has much to offer.  Additionally, The Hollywood Riviera, originally developed by a Hollywood  producer is now known for it’s beautiful hillside homes with tile roofs, sweeping beaches and historic Riviera Village packed full of the most delightful shops, bistros and galleries, you will feel like you are in the south of France.

Real estate in Torrance is comprised primarily of single family homes built between 1940 and 1970.  Opportunities for ocean views are exclusively in the Hollywood Riviera area of Torrance.  Many homes in Torrance have Coi ponds, hence my picture!   Let me show you, what Torrance has to offer you and your family.
